ROCKWOOL COMFORTBATT is a semi-rigid stone wool insulation batt designed for wood or steel stud exterior walls, in both new construction and renovation projects. It features a unique flexible edge that compresses during installation, then springs back to ensure a snug fit against the studs. This design allows the cavity to be completely filled and maintains the intended R-value.
Non-combustible and fire-resistant, COMFORTBATT does not produce toxic smoke or promote flame spread, even when directly exposed to fire. It also offers excellent water and moisture resistance, as well as very good sound absorption performance.
COMFORTBATT is an effective solution for improving a home's energy efficiency. GREENGUARD Gold certified, it contributes to a healthier indoor environment.
