Branch pickup

If you are in the Sherbrooke area or simply prefer to pick up your items, you can select the "Pick up your order" option during checkout.

• Pick-up address: 1932 Chevalier Street, Sherbrooke, QC, J1K 1E2
• Process: It is very important to wait until you receive the email informing you that "Your order is ready" before going there. This ensures that we have properly prepared all your items.

Your shipping options according to your cart

To provide you with the best possible options, our system tailors delivery choices based on two product types: regular products and XPRS products (our masonry items).

Here are the options you will have at checkout:

1. If your cart contains ONLY regular products:

You will have two simple options to choose from:

• Regular Shipping: Your order will be delivered directly to the address of your choice.
• Branch Pickup: Come pick up your entire order at our Sherbrooke branch (wait for the confirmation email).

2. If your cart contains ONLY XPRS (Masonry) products:

The same options are available to you:

• XPRS Shipping: Your masonry items will be shipped to you.
• Branch Pickup: Come and pick up your entire order at our branch (wait for the confirmation email).

3. If your cart contains regular products AND XPRS products:

To give you maximum flexibility, three options will be displayed:

• Option A: Regular Shipping + XPRS Pickup Your regular products will be shipped to your address. You will need to pick up your XPRS (masonry) items at the branch once you receive the confirmation email.
• Option B: Full Pickup (Regular + XPRS) You will be able to pick up all of your items (regular and XPRS) at the branch when your order is ready.
• Option C: Full Shipping (Regular + XPRS) Your entire order will be shipped to you. Important note: This option often results in two separate deliveries , possibly at different times, depending on the nature of the products.
