XPRS - BlocFiller Daubois™
Grout for Concrete Block Cores
Daubois Blocfiller is a grout made of Portland cement, fine sand and specialized additives that control rheology, provide good adhesion, prevent segregation and give expansive properties in the fluid state. It is used as a reinforcing and consolidating grout to fill concrete blocks and encase reinforcement in masonry walls. Available in 15, 20, 25 and 30 MPa.
- Used as a reinforcing and consolidating grout to fill concrete blocks and encase reinforcement in masonry walls.
- Specially formulated to produce a fluid grout that completely fills concrete block cores without leaving voids (honeycombing).
- BlocFiller contributes to the LEED® v4 MR credit for Building Product Disclosure and Optimization.
- BlocFiller is formulated to meet the properties specified in CSA A179-14 for fine grout.
- Available in 15, 20, 25 or 30 MPa.
- Curing: 7 days
- Strength: ƒ’c @ 28 days: 15 MPa (2175 psi), 20 MPa (2901 psi), 25 MPa (3626 psi), 30 MPa (4350 psi)
