XPRS - Daubois™ Blocmix
Concrete Block Laying Mortar
Daubois Blocmix is a mortar made from cementitious materials and sand that meets CSA A179-14 specifications. For indoor and outdoor use, it is mainly used for laying (pointing) concrete blocks. Blocmix 15 MPa is formulated to meet the properties prescribed in Table 6 of CSA A179-14 for a Type S laying mortar. Blocmix 20 MPa, 25 MPa and 30 MPa are formulated to meet the properties prescribed in Table A.3 of CSA A179-04 for a Type M mortar.
- For indoor and outdoor use, it is mainly used for laying (pointing) concrete blocks
- Pre-bagged, calibrated mortar with controlled sand gradation and final mortar composition
- As specified in CSA A179-14, the sand is free of harmful amounts of saline, alkaline, organic or other substances.
- Available in 15, 20, 25 or 30 MPa.
- Curing: 7 days
- Strength: ƒ’c @ 28 days: 15 MPa (2175 psi), 20 MPa (2901 psi), 25 MPa (3626 psi), 30 MPa (4350 psi)
